The 1260C, RUM and RUMig gets their
power from a self-contained John
Deere diesel engine with an 80
gallon fuel tank for complete remote site operation. The AshRoss ST gets it
power from a 75 HP electric motor. The 1260C, ST, RUM and RUMig systems
are designed to rapidly
convey materials such as road chips, asphalt, low slump concrete, grain, agricultural
products, aggregates, roller compacted concrete, petroleum coke, coal,
sulfur, salt, leech pad gravel, pipe
line aggregates and
other materials from belly dump, end dump and railcar transportation
devices. The systems are faster and removes products more cleanly and
efficiently than by dumping them on the ground and cleaning them up with a
front end loader or some other clean up equipment.
The 1260C, ST, RUM and RUMig are completely self contained and mobile. Only one operator is needed to load,
unload, position, and operate the system. The ST can be completely automated
or it can be set to manual and operated by a properly trained employee.
The 1260C has its own engine and steering capability, so once unhitched from
a towing vehicle, the self-propelled 1260C can be set up in two minutes and then driven around the site for continuous piling and on-location
