UNLOAD BELLY-DUMP TRAILERS IN AS LITTLE AS 45 SECONDS |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| You've recognized the value of belly dump trailers in your business
because they're the most economical way to haul materials. But on high volume hauling,
they also bring some disadvantages. First, loads which are dumped on the ground often require a front-end loader for stacking and this additional handling can cause contamination of the load. Further, belly-dump trailers often need help from a dozer or front-end loader to be pulled off the load while dumping. This alone adds more people, as well as more strain on you equipment. The bottom line: more time spent unloading (up to 15-20 minutes per load), more employees, and additional equipment costs and breakdown. Not anymore.. |

NEW MARKETS FOR YOUR COMPANY. SAVE TIME AND MONEY |

The new 1260C from AshRoss revolutionizes the way you handle
materials. Because it's mobile (powered by John Deere diesel), a single operator can
position the system wherever it's needed, in only a few minutes. Position it right where
you need to pile material. An 80-gallon fuel onboard tank
ensures continuous, remote location performance. And the extra-large unloading gate on top of the platform provides easy on, easy off access for the truck. The driver simply enters the 1260C ramp, positions the trailer over the unloading gate, and dumps. Up to 25 tons of material at a time. A heavy-duty conveyor transports material away into 16 foot high poles (not only more efficient, but minimizing the chance for contamination). That's it! The driver just motors away for the next load. |

| All in less than a minute per trailer. All handled by one
operator. Minimal or no contamination. Because of its unique tried-and-tested design, the 1260C mobile unloading system can handle materials that you previously couldn't, including coal, roto mill tailings, asphalt, low slump concrete, aggregate, coal, agricultural products, and others that require special handling with minimal contamination. |
